My first fan was defective. The USB charging cord broke after the first time I charged it. I reported the issue and requested a replacement. I promptly received one. Appreciate the quick service! New fan works wonderful and the cord is still functioning! The fan itself does great. Very nice for a pregnant woman such as myself on these hot, humid days. It will definitely keep you cool and more comfortable!

It works well. Kept me cool. Only thing I disliked was it kept slipping to the side of my neck. Found another one that works just as good for a lower price.

I saw these all over stores in Japan last spring, so I thought it might make a great item to take around in travels over the summer.It is a nice piece of kit: lightweight, easy to charge and holds the charge for quite awhile. It is comfortable around the neck, and adjustable for different sized people.The airflow is adjustable, and is not annoying. It is somewhat cooling, but I did not think it is useful enough to carry around and use.

I think this was the only thing that kept us from passing out while on very hot 98 degree excursions in the Mediterranean. The fan is a bit noisy on high but you won't care if you are that hot. There is also a great breeze on low that is quieter and would work for most normal situations.

Feels good when your out in the hot sun working in the garden

The product is decent, but the amount of cool air for the amount of noise it makes does not feel equal. Originally bought it to use for work when I am cleaning houses but it slides off my neck too much. I think a simple string or rope would have made it much better to wear when being physical or active.Wearing this neck-fan outside in 80°-100° degree temperature is not as cool as the natural wind breeze. The breeze I could feel was actually better than what this neck-fan can produce.But my mother did get overheated one day, leaving the doctor's office and I was glad I had the neck-fan. The neck-fan helped to cool her down quickly in the waiting room, which kept us from having any medical emergency issues.My results were good indoors or in a car, not the best for outdoor in temperatures above 80°. Best results is on high but to noisy.
