Non Returnable but Broken item
The stands are broken , the moment I received it , i immediately started calling customer care as it is non returnable. It was written 2 mins waiting time but when I called it says 20 mins waiting time. I kept holding the call. Pathetic experience.

A soothing ambience with dhoopdani from Ritualistic
The media could not be loaded. Finely carved brass dhoop Dani. Can be used during special occasions, at the same time helps creates a very positive and soothing atmosphere with the dhoop aroma spreading evenly thru all the openings. Loved this product.

Damaged piece delivered.
One of the leg is found damaged (detached) in the box. Unfortunately we have moved outside India without opening the box; hence not possible for replacement request.
