Kasp K50073A Van Lock with Hasp and Fixing

This is the second Kasp I have bought. This latest on behalf of a shed at work. This newer version has a handy bracket to store the padlock when not being used to lock the shed. The key is inserted on the right hand side of the padlock. The older version was much more fiddly out of sight underneath especially in the dark. It's a really solidly made padlock and reassuringly heavy. I'm pleased that it comes with 6 lock-tight carriage bolts so you don't have to go hunting at DIY stores, saving petrol money and time. It comes with two keys.Thank you Amazon for delivering this using DPD. I was given an estimated delivery time within an hour's range, and it was delivered accordingly. Fantastic! Great service. Didn't have to wait around all day waiting for it which makes me more productive. Both the Kasp padlocks work very well and I'd definitely recommend them. In fact I already have as this second one is being ordered for my work company.

Had a few of these on previous vans and they are superb for deterrent , previous ones rusted and then stained paintwork, very difficult to deal with once the rust takes hold, very surprised to find this one delivered with terrible paint finish with a large blister and rust spot OMG. The rest of the lock is just ok and comparable with my previous cheaper locks, as I looked at the lock in more detail I then noticed the small grub screw that holds the lock barrel in was only just done up enough to hold it in , generally sloppy quality and had to repaint

It does the job.The only downt thing is the lock that it is in bronze, better if it was galv.

Rusty after 2 weeks had to paint it with hammerite

Good bit of kit would recommend it
