Updated review: Not sure what happened with my first use, but after I tried again, my blood glucose was not impacted at all and my ketones raised by .3 mml to .5 mml on a average. Did more research and apparently Monk fruit is very ketogenic and actually good for you.For the price, I'd certainly buy again.Original review: A bit disappointed with first use. Morning glucose and ketones were 88/.6 prior to taking 1 scoop. One hour after ingesting glucose/ketones were 100/.7, two hours after ingesting they were 80/.3I am certain I got a good insulin response out of it. Shame on me for not researching what Monk fruit was. . .

I've used a number of exogenous BHB supplements and they all worked well, but they all also had the same fundamental problems; either they did not mix well, or they had a tremendous gag factor while drinking them. The Life Sense BHBs mix well, and have a pleasant natural orange flavor. They do a great job of providing me an extra shot of daily energy mid-morning. They have been key in helping my wife transition to keto by helping her get over carbs, maintaining energy, and helping the body adapt to maintaining high ketone levels on its own.

Monk fruit sweetened. I was surprised at how good this tastes. I've tried other BHB exogenous salts in my coffee and just tolerated the taste. I was afraid to use it in cold water or iced coffee but, mistakenly put it in my water bottle (multi-tasking and not paying attention). The water bottle had cold water and not my hot coffee in it. I was really surprised at how good this tastes cold. Yes, it works -itensifies my focus and energy level. No jitters! It doesnt have a bad aftertaste...nothing like others I've tried. It ramped up my ketones which I tested about an hour later. I haven't tried it pre-workout but imagine it would be beneficial. Thanks for the hard work in making it useful and better than just palatable!

Good product costs too much for me to continue to use. I will continue to use the MCT Powder. I should explain that I am on a limited budget, and $55.00 per 18 servings is more than I am willing to pay. The company LifeSense international is great and have been very supportive in my pursuit of trying to figure out how I can use MCT oil/powder without causing extreme diarrhea. If I could afford the cost this is the BHB product I would use.

This is a great addition to exercise and healthy eating, especially to help us heavier-set people control our hunger. I have always had an over-eating problems and tried a variety of supplements, but nothing works alone. I decided to try this out after reading how it should help also give me energy (for my work outs) but shrink my appetite so that I don't overeat to regain all my fat. So far it works. It's not the best tasting stuff, but hardly noticeable when mixed in with a smoothie. I'll keep trying it, as none of these products works immediately.

I bought this product both because this is the form of ketones Dr. Blaylock recommended and Is free of additives I do not like. The taste is great, and it seems to be working well. I am very happy with this product and plan to purchase it again.

When I was young I loved the way baby aspirin tasted. This tastes exactly like that. I am sensitive to sweeteners so I have been searching for a palatable option for me. I do not mind this one at all. And it ups my ketones, which is my ultimate goal.

I tried these BHB salts today while 16 hours into a 48 hour fast. I mixed with water and added 1 tbsp of heavy cream. The taste is surprisingly very good! I checked my blood glucose and ketones about 1.5 hours after finishing it. My glucose level was down 20 and my ketones were up by .9 (from my pre-BHB check). Highly recommend!
