Bought this to catch a few flies in Spain, in a small kitchen area ... There are times when flies arrives in coaches,, so any help available is needed to kill the perishers ... Sadly this unit whereever it is placed, however long it is in use, has not caught ONE insect...It looks like it is working correctly . The tray for fly removal is not a very good design.. as it falls out .. But the only thing in it has been dust ... I would not recommend ... It has been in use again for the last month and same result . Mind you the two cats havent caught anything either..

This is a very good, smallish, fly killer. It doesn’t kill them all outright but does stun those that escape so you can hoover them up. Works best overnight as I am using it in a very light garden room but I am sure it would work well during the day in a darker environment. As many people say the lead is very short and an extension lead is probably needed in many instances.

Loses a star as the tray is too low leaving a large gap allowing escape - have raised it with padded paper but this is not ideal. Also loses a star because the lead is the shortest I have ever received . Last star loss is due to the machine not killing outright .

this fly killer cannot be fixed to a wall . it cost me £13 .14 to return it also it has a short power lead

Killed about two flies in a month and this was only by chance. Flies aren't attracted to the light like I thought. Will be sticking to the fly papers in future, much cheaper and more effective.

Insects stand no chance I will be ordering another soon to go into the kitchen. It far better than the small desk top ones we used in the past.It's worth every star I gave it
