Good combination of arch support and cushioning
Well made insole that has just the right amount of arch support and cushioning. Also really appreciated how easy they made it to custom fit it to my shoe size. On the backside of the insole they have drawn outlines of every size (full and half sizes). The insoles also come with two paper templates that you can use to measure and cut first before you take actually cut the insoles themselves. These insoles have helped my feet in both short walks and also on days where I had to spend many hours standing on my feet.

Comfortable Inserts Make a Difference
I purchased these insoles to help relieve foot pain from many years of strenuous exercise. I noted these inserts can help relieve Plantar Fasciitis and Metatarsal pain, and provide superior arch support. After minor sizing alterations for my foot, I began using the insoles for every-day and fitness activities. Bottom line: they worked! The insoles are well-packaged and the box includes Left/Right insole cutout templates to custom size insert based on shoe size. Lastly, I am impressed that purchase of these insoles supports FLOWSOLE Charity Foundation focused on foot health assistance.

Soft and good support
My feet sore every time after a long walk until I found this product. I have to say its material is great, very soft and flexible and has good support for my feet. I tried it on the first day I received it, and went for a walk. Highly recommend!

Pain relief
I had to trim it since it’s too big for me. But it felt like standing on cloud. It help relax my feet while standing for long time. I need more pairs for my other shoes.

Good support
I bought this to help my back pain. For the price, it is a good support for back. I had to use scissors to cut the extra sides as it is longer than normal foot size. The quality is good and so far has not felt any suppression in the foam.

GO WITH THE FLOW
A pair of sensibly designed cushioned insoles, with pronation (foot inclines inwards) prevention support.Beneath each, there is a clearly marked foot size guide that allows the insole to be trimmed, using a sharp pair of scissors. The (L) beneath each sole does not mean that there are two left feet, just (L) for the large size range (U.K. 9-10.)Presented in a pull-out draw cardboard presentation box (recycle afterwards), with accompanying instructions and information. These are a very well made quality insole, excellently designed and presented but also competitively priced too.

Walking on Sunshine
Unfortunately, these insoles are unavailable at time of writing this review, for me they are really excellent. They're a quite heavy-duty insole with lots of support. They seem to be comprehensively supporting everything all at once.Bearing this in mind, it's important to know that these insoles have a metatarsal dome that sits just behind the ball of the foot (the base of the toe joints), This is a small firm dome that can be felt when walking. I have metatarsalgia and the dome offers relief for this and it works for me. I think the marketing should be more explicit about this than it is because this element is only touched on in passing and could be missed by customers. For anyone not needing a metatarsal dome, this could feel unusual and even uncomfortable because it requires some getting used to. I am already used to it and I find the insoles comfortable, supportive and therapeutic.I ordered this size (10.5 – 12) by accident but luckily, they are designed to be trimmed and so I cut them down to the "Size 10" mark on the underside of the sole. They then fitted into my off-road running shoes perfectly. They are a heavy and slightly stiff insole and as such firm pressure is required to get them into the shoe properly. Once in, they are a perfect fit.

Good support to extend the life of old shoes
This insole provides very helpful cushioning for shoes that have worn out and extends their life. I tried these in my very old shoes and it felt like new again, and actually reduced my foot ache. You can also put them in new shoes, but I found that new shoes already have a cushion and putting another one causes them to feel too soft and also makes the shoes a bit unstable.Listed Price when I reviewed it: £7(Disclaimer: I received this for free as part of the Amazon Vine program, but the views here are based on my own experiences and not edited or influenced by anyone)

Not for everyone
These appear to be very well made from a range of materials, and come in a nice presentation box that looks too useful to throw away, but they're definitely for someone whose feed need correction. If you can get away with flat, cushioned insoles, get flat, cushioned insoles. As it's a fairly chunky insole it comes with some templates which may help with cutting to size, although I found those a pain to fit in the shoe as well. What I found easier was to use the existing insole that came in my boot and use this as a template to trim the new one.The problem for me is that black section, or more precisely the part where that tails off as it meets the ball of the foot. That whole piece is fairly hard plastic, I can feel where it stops - even though there's a layer of foam between it and my foot - and it's bothersome. If you need the arch support but can also feel the edge of said support, you may wish to consider adding a second, regular insole on top of this one. You may also wish to read The Princess and The Pea first though, as it may not be enough.

Superb insoles, excellent quality
I do have another pair of these designed specifically for flat feet and they are superb, not quite the same support as my custom made orthotics, but, nonetheless, the quality and support of these insoles is exceptional. I have shown these to my Orthopaedic Podiatrist and he was impressed with their quality. This particular pair of insoles is for Plantar Fasciitis whereas my issue is collapsing flat feet and five surgical procedures that render my current custom insoles unfit for purpose and these Flowsole insoles have proved to be a great half-way house for me, allowing me to be able to walk without discomfort. You do need to trim the insoles to your correct shoe size and a template and ample instructions are included in order to do this. You really do need to remove any existing insoles in your shoes to get a good fit and, you need to wear decent, supportive shoes. That said, I have been able to use these in a sturdy pair of slippers I own as well as my shoes and, these insoles have helped enormously meaning I don't have to put on my sensible shoes (usually, nice trainers) to get up and make a cuppa or when lounging at night. These don't give the strongest arch support but it is still excellent and, if you are just starting to experience problems, these will be perfect for you. Very comfortable, I think they are a good width - I have very wide feet - I wish I had known about them when I first started on my agonising foot journey 12 years ago brought about by dancing and overstitching a tibias posterior muscle leading to flat feet.I am not sure of the price of these as I requested them on the Amazon Vine programme and the price is not currently showing. I believe these were around £50 but, were you to have insoles made, they would cost considerably more and these may do the trick for you. I cannot emphasise enough what good quality insoles these are. Definately worth 5*
