I ordered the correct size and didn’t pay attention to the bag when I opened it. When I used for the first time, there was discomfort like the silicone was too sticky compared to other flanges I’ve used in the past. I was worried I’d get a blister as another review says. I compared the size of the hole to another 18mm I have and it is smaller. It’s either a 17 or 16. I don’t know if the bag I received said 18 or something else. So I don’t know if it’s a QC control with shipping of manufacturing but I would not recommend.

These are simple, got them for my wife and they get the job done, seal good and does what they are supposed to.

Ordered 17mm and received 21mm falanges

Horrible- this is two pieces for some odd reason. The silicone soft flange is so short and thick at the end that when you pump, your nip**e goes in and out of the insert constantly causing extreme friction and discomfort. Stopped using after one time- not risking the damage it will cause!

0/10 recommend! These are by far the WORST flanges I've ever used. They don't stay put together and are constantly separating causing irritation and loss of suction. Do yourself a favor and buy the small inserts that go inside of the flange instead of this. I would have given zero stars had it allowed me to.

Ordered correct size. the insert does not stay in place properly, resulting in blisters after second use. Do not risk the nipple damage.
