I snore apparently bad, per my husband...I have tried MANY nasal strips and these actually stay on all night! The mouth tape works just as well! I have used for a few nights now and my snoring has minimized tremendously. I will be purchasing more that is for sure!

These dont stick very well I also notice that some do cover over both nostrils. I would like to finish the pack before trying a new product and I’m hoping I can’t like them but so far I’m not.

The nose strips never really worked for me but I saw these and figured for the price why not try them out! Definitely glad I did! The adhesive keeps your mouth closed enough not to snore but you can still breath in them and it doesn't hurt coming off. Didn't wake up with that dry/sore throat feeling. Individually wrapped inside too, which is a nice bonus!

I tried all types of different nose strips in the past and nothing just seemed to work right. They were always either too small or didn't actually stay on all night. But these actually do what they're supposed to! I put them right after I showered and dry off. And instantly felt them opening up my airways. But I was really impressed when I woke up the following morning and it was still firmly in place. Not peeling off on the sides like every other ones I've tried. Highly recommended for anyone that's looking for the perfect nose strips!

I thought these were pretty pricey for just nose strips. but i saw bundle in the name and hoped there would be mouth tape too and there was! both of them work great, will be buying again.

I opened the package and noticed right away they were very big. Once I removed the backing realized they were not what I was looking for. The piece covered my entire nose & went nearly under my eyes. As for the material reminded me more of k-tape. I also didn’t feel it didn’t open the nostrils as I I had hoped. I have used different brands of nose strips in the past and know what I felt using them. I had high hopes for these, but won’t be using or reordering.

I used to use breathe right nasal strips for years. While they kinda worked, I really didn't like the sticky residue they left on my nose. Then, I started using the hostage tape nose strips. Those were a big improvement over breath right, but the sides just kept coming off while I slept. So by the time I would wake up they weren't actually opening my nasal passages anymore. I was expecting these to be just like hostage tape, but they actually stay on snug all night! I even started leaving them on for my morning workouts and they stay on the entire time.

All I can say is WOW! I didn't have high hopes for these after trying so many and never finding the right ones. But I've finally found what I was looking for! I've always struggled with snoring thanks to my dumb deviated septum... not anymore!! After about an hour wearing these, I forgot I even had a deviated septum. I don't snore anymore and I can just feel how much easier it is to breathe now. These nose strips are a life saver!!!
