I've noticed a decrease in my electricity consumption since switching to this machine (tracking energy usage in the app)Large Capacity: The washing machine's drum has a generous capacity, allowing me to wash more clothes in a single load. Sleek design and amazing performance. I love the AI Function which not only saves me money but washes to perfection every time. I am also really pleased with both the towel and bedding programs, towels are softer, which is important to me as I don’t have a tumble dryer and bedding is gently washed and has few creases on completion.

Excellent product wash’s and spins very quite tells you when it has finished with a musical tune highly recommend

Ordered and had too many issues so had to return:- the install service was quite unprofessional, it was a couple who showed up from a taskrabbit style app, couldn't speak English, and couldn't install the machine. However, they did take the rubbish away for recycling- the cold water pipe provided was far too short so the install was cancelled, had to order a longer pipe, and had to fit a 67kg washing machine into a small space myself- every single wash flooded our kitchen due to a blockage in the filter. I suspect that this wasn't a brand new model and was previously returned as we found a large piece of fabric in the filterAmazon was great, originally offered a partial refund when we originally complained and thought we had fixed the issue but it leaked twice again.Would not recommend this model. It's a shame as it seemed like a very good deal for this washing machine

Don't know if its because I've had an old washer for a long time and finally replaced it but the change in quality has caught me off guard, saving energy compared to my old one too. How much quieter it is, the amount of options and the auto dose thing will a curious thing to try out. Doesn't violently shake when its spinning too which is a plus. Compared to other washing machines it is a bit pricey but I think it'll be worth it in the long run.Paid a little extra to get it installed and my old 1 removed, the chaps were quite fast, efficient and quite friendly.

Quick, quiet and efficient.Impressed with the automatic dosing of the detergent and conditioner, has saved us money on running costs already!The various different programs work very well for their intended purpose, it carries them out quickly and very quietly.All in all a very good machine for the cost!

Nothing I dislike about the washing machine and personally found it easy to operate.Lots of different options and cleans the clothes better than my old Indesit, and quieter.The only complaint was that it arrived damaged as seen on the photos.Amazon couldn't offer me an exchange as there was no stock left at the same price so I removed the back cover to check for internal damage, which there was none so I decided to keep it anyway. But sadly I was never offered anything in a way of a goodwill gesture financially. Although I did eventually get the £10 I was incorrectly charged for delivery after chasing it up.But I would have thought by keeping it damaged did save Amazon money but I got offered nothing in return...That did leave a bit of a bitter taste in one's mouth.

We got the machine two weeks ago and it is by far the best. Very silent, the clothes are washed very well, there are lots of programs to choose from and it is very eco. Love it
