When I was ordering it, it showed 5 star rating and was returnable. After receiving it, showed only 2 star rating and non-returnable product.1. First of all the fan speed is so slow. To feel the air one must be atleast at approx 20cm in front of the fan.2. The water filled was used up in just 1 hour.3. In the video you can see, water is dripping out, and has dripped all over the floor, the table cloth also got wet.Concluding, For the sake of just one hour it's horrible to be used. NOW, neither I can return the product, nor it's worth it to be kept.

When the mini cooling fan was opened, its top and side parts were found broken. Very poor quality. Policy of replacement or refund is very poor. Very disappointed.

The fan is looking like a toy. No speed of fan & it's not working just after 30 min. His fan is not moving. Feel help less as their is no replace or return.Hope Amazon will not promote such type of false & cheater seller

Please don't buy it .its not value for money.even fan speed is not sufficient for a single person from distance of 20 cm .and it is non returnable product.size is so small even bathroom fans are bigger than it 😞.

I used this product in kitchen and study table and the speed of fan is very low and will work only you keep it in front of face within 20 to 25 CM. This is non refundable product highly not recommended

Worst product ever quality is poor fan power is slow and not so fas. I suggest not to buy.
