First off I'm writing this review a year after my purchase. I ordered two stainless steel cups for my daughter's for school. As far as quality the only damage to the cups is normal wear and tear from dropping them. A few dents and scratches but other than that have held up extremely well after a year of use. I reached out to the company through their website because I was curious to where I could purchase replacement straws because my girls lost theirs during a move and I had no idea where I could get replacement straws that would fit my girls cups as I had ordered two different sizes. Well they responded to me within a few hours and told me that they would send me replacements for FREE. So within a few hours of me replying they follow up right away with a tracking number and I know my girls will be so excited when I tell them because they love using their cups. They really went above and beyond and have some of the best customer service I've seen. I'm beyond happy with my purchase and strongly recommend these cups if you were on the fence about these just know it's worth it.

The delivery, packaging, and assembly (insert straw) were seamless, as they should be.The quality of the container is outstanding. I thought it would get dinged or scratched easily. Not the case, I take it with me everywhere; work, gym, beach, hiking, etc. It still looks new after 30 days.Most surprising is how cold it keeps my water. I fill it with 1/3 ice and the rest with cold water. Ice still remains after 24 hrs in 100+ degree weather...don't even understand the science behind that!The only issue is that it doesn't fit in standard car cup holders. So after a week of laying it on the passsenger seat while I drive, I purchased a swivel/expandable car cup holder. Problem solved.Excellent product! Very satisfied!

My childen are 7 and 8 and we live on island where is hot all year through thus, when they are at school or doing sports , all they want is cold water to drink. I purchased many insulated water bottles and this bottle has the best quality. Does not leak, keeps water cold, comes with two types of lids and even if children lose the inside straw (which has happened) they can still drink easily from the bottle. Comes in different sizes/colors to fit your children’s school bag. The bottle has it weight but my children do not take care, they just want cold water in their bags all day through.

I ordered this bottle to help me keep up my daily water intake throughout the day. The quality, look, and available accessories are amazing. 1) I ordered my bottle in Coral Punch. The color is vibrant and pretty. It’s ombré with coral at top and color like punch at the bottom. 2) I add ice about half way and fill with water. My water stays cold all day and the ice lasts longer then 24hrs. I purchased the 64oz which is best for me to fill with filtered water since there is only tap water at my office. 3) the bottle comes with two different types of lids and two straws. Great combo! I did order a couple of accessories for my bottle, the paracord in coral punch and the silicon boot bottom is punch. Both match my bottle perfectly. So Pretty 😊 The paracord helps with carrying and the silicon boot helps my bottle stay in place and not slip on flat surfaces. I’m ordering another bottle for my husband and can’t wait to pair accessories with his. I highly recommend this bottle and accessories (for fun).. you won’t be disappointed. LOVE! LOVE!

In modern times, customer service has gone downhill, especially in products purchased from Amazon. However, I have been very pleased with the service from Hydro Cell. They are the real deal! I contacted them about purchasing replacement seals since a couple of our bottles were missing theirs. They sent me replacement lids for free! Additionally, these bottles are just all-around great. They are easy to use and they keep cold drinks cold for days. I do think the lids are hard to get completely clean due to all the groove and notches where water can sit while they air dry, but I suspect that is just a water bottle problem, not specifically a Hydro Cell problem.

I am very satisfied with Hydro Cell bottles. My kids and I have been enjoying them for several years. Also, very impressed with customer service. After a couple of years, the plastic attachment arm of the stainless steel cap split into two (at the section used to carry the bottle). I emailed customer service. They were very responsive and quickly sent a free replacement cap. The new cap has an improved attachment arm (appears to be more of a silicone-like plastic, which I think should not get brittle and break). Thus, it seems on current models that this should no longer be an issue. And otherwise, bottles have been very sturdy and worked very well.

Bought this water bottle almost a year ago for my daughter to take to school. Has held up great being taken to school everyday and dropped LOTS! There is a little white air valve in the lid that would pop out occasionally when washing and then finally it got lost. I searched to find a replacement lid, but couldn’t find one. As a last ditch effort I reached out to the company to see if I could purchase a replacement lid. Even though I purchased this almost a year ago, the company was quick to respond and send me a replacement lid completely free! I highly recommend this water bottle for its durability and the great customer service!

If you fill this bottle up with cold water and a couple of cubes of ice, it'll stay ice cold for a day or two. I've had ice cubes keep from melting in my bottle overnight.

Quite disappointed. Would not recommend.

Belle mais elle coule avec l’embout avec une paille, je l’ai commandé pour cette option particulièrement. Je suis déçue! Pour la retourner, je dois utiliser ups et c’est un détour pour moi donc pas satisfaite du produit et des choix de retour.

Great product that keeps all my liquids nice and cold for hours! I've owned the black Hydro cell bottle for a few years now. Endured a good amount of drops and is still intact and usable. Recently got in contact with customer service regarding a new silicone o ring for the stainless steel lid and they were amazing to deal with and sent me a new one free of charge!Highly recommend the brand and would definitely recommend you make a purchase if your on the fence about it.Can't go wrong!
