Excellent product, outstanding customer service from seller!
These are excellent earbuds! They are my first Bluetooth set, and were a Christmas gift. The neck-wrap part is so comfortable I've gone multiple places with them hanging around my neck, forgetting I had them on. It's winter so I've had coats and scarves on which seemingly might contribute to that, but the wrap was against my neck and could've been uncomfortable but wasn't even noticeable.The earbuds are ear-specific and fit my ear canal easily. It's easy to tell when you're getting ready to put them on which side is up because the brand name is on the outer left and the volume/pause/link button is on the right. The range of these is quite amazing, but if you go out of range you simply press the conveniently placed pause button until you know you're back in range. At night I leave them in my office, which is on the ground floor of my home. My bedroom is one floor up and on the opposite end of the house, and my phone still picks them up. The battery life is amazing. I have them on a good portion of the day and find I only need to charge them every other day.For whatever reason, I'm unable to find the location to rate the seller, despite multiple attempts from multiple angles. So, my experience with this seller was outstanding. My first pair of these had a glitch. I contacted them and they immediately sent out a replacement pair. They were friendly and professional.

Replacement pair stopped working after only 2 weeks.
This is a good product, however, we have now had two pairs that stop working soon after using them. The first pair lasted a couple of months and the second replacement pair last only two weeks. I purchased these as a Christmas gift for my son to use while running on the treadmill and working out at the gym. I am disappointed in these especially since the replacement pair only lasted two weeks. The company will replace them, however, if the product is defective than it doesn't matter. I am out the money and my son doesn't have any thing to use while working out. I will have to research and see what I can replace them with. I would not recommend this product.

The comfort, fit and sound quality is very good.Other than wishing they had better antennas in these things to reduce signal drop out (a problem I've found with all BT headsets) I am very satisfied with them.I have not had any charge problems when using them up to about 5 hours a day, mostly for music, so can not say how long they are good for.I'm happy.

Dangerous!
At first this item worked fine....I purchased it as part of a Christmas present for a family member. It worked fine for awhile but lately it has had an echo and wasn’t connecting to the phone properly.Last night, we plugged it into the charger and after a while we started to smell something burning. When we checked, we found the charging wire smoking from the input port on the device.Picture is worth a thousand words.

Great product but not durable
I’ve been through a bunch of Bluetooth headphones and none of them worked well. This one has however they only last a few month before breaking.
