So I've probably cooked 12 cups of this now, and it is delicious. The first thing I noticed is that it doesn't foam while rinsing or cooking it as many do. It cooks down in about 20 minutes, and fluffs well. I've used just water, sometimes a little lemon juice added, and also vegetable broth. It's just very tasty, and makes a great side. As others have said, it's also a complete protein so for vegans it would be a great dietary addition. Just nothing bad to say about it, I will definitely buy again.

I think I've reviewed this product before and have given it high marks for quality and good price. I've started growing some vegetables at home and noticed that the product label includes the description that it is sproutable, so next time I put in a garden I will include some quinoa. They are beautiful, graceful plants and I am hoping they attract pollinators.

It was my 1st time trying quinoa. I bought it to grow sprouts to eat. I wasn't sure how to grow the sprouts since there aren't any instructions on the package for it nor can I find out a clear answer on the internet. So I ate them after following the cooking directions on the package. I thought the taste was pretty good. I love Food to Live products. They have always had viable seeds for my sprouting needs. Seeds such as red clover, radish, and black lentil.

Cooks and tastes like quinoa. Not bitter. Price is good, bag is strong plastic with good ziplock that seems like it will last. Good to have a nice supply of carbs (and relatively high protein in quinoa) that will last a long time.
