Works ok
I received my product already used by someone else because there was already water/moisture in the water reservoir. I even thought they sent me a used/broken item, but it worked ok when I used it with or without the steam. It straightens my hair with one pass but it does catch and pull hair. It is heavy compared to other straighteners.

This straightener has comb tooth spreads the hair fairly. It gets a better result than a traditional hair straightener, it makes the hair more soft and light. Also the long power cable rotates 360 degree without tangling very convenient to use!

It’s so amazing!!
It works so easily and makes beautiful curls. It doesn’t curl when you have too much hair which is great so it won’t get stuck. It doesn’t hurt at all when it pulls your hair in. It sometimes got stuck for my daughter but was easy to fix!
