Works great for me. the batteries do run out quick though.

I got my pressure wash in earlier than expected. Which was great. I assembled it. Installed my propane tank. Turned the valves all the way open on the heater. Started using it took a little while before the heater kick on. The hot water only lasted roughly four minutes at around 80 degrees. I kept working with it with high hopes that it would start back. I removed the tip, and the hot water started coming out at 110 degrees!!! Reinstalled tip and the temperature dropped immediately, and hot water turned back off. I removed the tip again, and the hot water heater came back on and came up to 110 degrees again. Reinstall tip, heater turned back off. Disconnected tip hot water heater came back up to 110 and tried a different tip it shut back off. So, I contacted amazon, I got northern tools number to call. I called them and they told they would send me an email about the way the valves should be and for me to send my serial number back on that email. Which they had already confirmed over the phone that I had the valves opened correctly. They also mention sending a part for me to replace. So, once I sent them the email back with my serial number, I got an email back telling me that I had to call back, basically I was lied to about sending the email with my serial number and they could help. So, I call back again, and I was told the nearest service center was over an hour away or I could try to talk someone locally into doing warranty work for them. No one was interested. Reach back out to Amazon for help and I have been stuck since. They have filed 3 A-Z claims incorrectly.!!!!

Doesn't work brand new out of the box. Motor won't create spark. Seller refuses to return and Amazon doesn't cover 3rd party sellers. This company will rip you off and never look back

This one I had high hopes for. I was on my 3rd machine and finally am returning this last. They are new on the market. Powerhorse has some work to do. The price point is selling them fast. However as far as i know they are problematic. I guess it’s back to buying a heated pressure washer at a 5k price point.

Engine is junk, never works. Probably going to replace with a Honda engine.
