I deal with extreme insomnia and am always on the lookout for some help; I purchased this lotion with my fingers crossed! I figured I like lavender enough that even if it didn’t perform, it couldn’t hurt.The container is much smaller than I expected so I made sure to use a small amount the first night I tried it. Turns out a little goes a long way! It smells good and felt velvety so I was pleased; I applied it to my legs and feet and rubbed the rest into my hands and forearms.About twenty minutes later I realized my legs felt soooooo good; it’s hard to explain but they were calm (usually restless) and I just felt so relaxed. Not sleepy or anything, just soothed and relaxed. I fell asleep soon after.I woke up the next morning. The next MORNING! I only woke up once that I can remember, and was able to slip right back into sleep. That NEVER happens, unless I’m sick or finally so exhausted that my body can’t help it. Better yet, I had zero cramps in the night and was even able to stretch in the morning without any!I had to write a review because this type of thing never happens: to experience instant relief and to enjoy a product so much from the very start is rare. I’m sure it’s not a cure all, and just a tool to help, but MAN! Does it ever help!Definitely recommend and just started a subscription myself; absolutely worth a try!

I was very skeptical of this product. I take magnesium orally and have never experienced any relaxation or slept better. I applied a moderate amount on my legs. 5 minutes later I was feeling sleepy. I can say that I have trouble falling asleep and that night I didn't noticed when I feel asleep.I didn’t sleep “better” woke up several times a night. This is usual but I can say that early morning I was feeling like I wanted to continue sleeping. Usually once I wake up, I’m ready to start the day.In the morning I felt groggy. I was very surprised.Next time, I will apply less since looks like a little goes a long way.It also helped with an ache I had on my hip.I do recommend. Each individual might experience effects differently.It wasn’t greasiness. It was absorbed pretty quick by ny skin. Quality looks good. No smell. Not

I like that this does help me sleep better. My only negative is the consistency and that it leaves my hands feeling like a combo of greasy and tacky after using it. I use an applicator that I had from another product so that I don't have to get it on my hands. Problem solved.

I love this cream. I use it as an underarm deodorant. I have a smelly perspiration that comes when I’m nervous. Only magnesium stops the smell. I was using a liquid magnesium oil but it started burning the skin around my armpit. So I switched to this product. It is moisturizing, non-sticky and washes off my hands with water.

Bought this to see if it would calm my restless legs at night. And it does! It’s not sticky and smells great.

I purchased this item because I have had trouble sleeping for the last year or so. After trying several natural options, I have been applying this cream nightly since receiving. I noticed a difference after the 2nd night & have been getting a full night of deep sleep ever since. I would recommend this product and look forward to trying the Hibiscus scent when it's time to reorder.Update after 3 weeks: I still enjoy the cream but it is drying out my skin, so I'm taking a break from using.

Way to thick. My legs were sticking to the sheets. I had to get a wet towel to take it off. My legs had/have a tingling/ burning sensation after taking it off. Very odd, I had high hopes for this product. Very tiny jar too.
