It works
I’ve been on the Restaurant business for over 25 years and have sharpened a lot of knives. This easy to do system does the job. I was satisfied with the results and it is so much easier than pulling out my honing stone.

Great
If you want to sharpen your knives, this is the easiest and best way to do it. Sharpens Cutco knives to be really sharp and puts the correct angle on them.

Works as well as the higher priced ones but it doesn’t work on small knives, like parring knife

Not bad
I have an elaborate knife sharpening kit with wet stones, leather strop, and all the bells and whistles, but sometimes just need a quick sharpening. This does it. And at a much more reasonable price than most. I recommend it.
