Sehr guter Kundensupport
Ich habe dieses Jahr einen zweiten IR-Rahmen gekauft und als ich noch Fragen zur Installation hatte wurden diese schnell und präzise beantwortet.Der Kundenservice ist sehr gut, die Rahmen funktionieren sehr gut, die Firma ist sehr gut. Vielen Dank für euren Support.

A simple upgrade fir any consumer TV.
With careful assembly of the frame it becomes a brilliant input device. I used fold down clips (50mm) to attach to screen. A slicker attachment would be cool but the clips have worked in 8 classroom 65 in screens.

Je ferais une vidéo. Installation rapide.Après le branchement sa fonctionne direct .Mis sur un boîtier Android pour les jeux de mon fils et c'est parfait mais pour le prix. UPS m'a envoyé une facture de 9€ supplémentaires...

Top Produkt und sensationeller Kundendienst
Ich habe mir diesen Frame für die Verwirklichung einer Fotobox welche hinter Spiegelglas versteckt ist bestellt.Das Produkt wird wie versprochen innerhalb von einem Tag geliefert ist Top verpackt und auch die Verarbeitung aus edlem Aluminium ist top.Leider Stellte sich dann bei meiner Anwendung (43" Rahmen mit 32" Bildschirm) heraus das der Rahmen die Position nicht richtig erkennt. Nach kurzem Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice wurde mir nach nicht mal 24 Stunden eine neue Firmware zugesendet und mein Ansprechpartner (Peter) hat mich sogar noch während der Einrichtung bei Kleinigkeiten unterstützt.Ich muss wirklich sagen das dies ein Top Produkt von einer Herausragenden Firma mit einem Phänomenalen Kundenservice ist.Das nächste Projekt wird unter Garantie wieder mit Greentouch ausgeführt.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I ordered this frame for the realization of a photo box which is hidden behind mirror glass.As promised, the product will be delivered within one day. It is well packed and the workmanship made of fine aluminum is great.Unfortunately it turned out in my application (43 "frame with 32" screen) that the frame does not recognize the position correctly. After a short contact with the customer service I was sent a new firmware after less than 24 hours and my contact person (Peter) even supported me with little things during the setup.I really have to say that this is a top product from an outstanding company with phenomenal customer service.The next project is guaranteed to be carried out again with Greentouch.
