Went with this air cleaner for my new motor build due to all of the positive reviews. While this seems like a sturdy and well built air cleaner, the stud provided for this felt cheap and wasn't universal. I am running a pretty standard 4 barrel carb setup with an air gap manifold (both Edelbrock) and the stud provided with this filter was way too long and of course the stud that came with my carburetor was way too short. I need to go to Home Depot to get some alt thread now to make sure this thing fits snug. Also, at $80 this is a fairly expensive air filter. Probably should have just saved $30 and gone with an Edelbrock air filter that I knew would fit.

Looks great on my motor! Wish it was a drop base model, but that's not the fault of the seller.

Fits my 2001 Dodge Ram just right. But wish it came with a screw assembly.

Cheaper to buy new tha buy replacement K&M fillers.
