It dissolves well and is tasteless so I get my creatine in without changing the flavour of my beverage or smoothieBest of all is the boost in muscle growth, hair and nails. This product has given me such a great boost in energy! It allows my muscles to relax & makes me wanna do more in my workout. Also the recovery process is great I don’t feel sore or swollen! Very recommend!

I can’t give information about the effectiveness right away. Supplements and vitamins and some beauty products take a while to take effect, especially since this is only one month’s worth of supplements. If I notice a difference right away, I’ll mention it. I also take supplements so these might work WITH what I’m taking.Well, this is over two months so at least it gives you more time to use. I mean, if you’re not a body builder, the results will take longer or just be smaller. I mean, it’s creatine, which is something I’ve been taking for a while now. It’s as good as any other product I use. I have nothing bad to say about it. I just don’t know if it’s any better than any other product.

Womens creatine? So this only work for women, and that is why it is not a typical dose of 5 grams! I get maybe trying to market a product for someone who will believe this is better for them rather than the typical creatine for I don't know Men and Women. Powder dissolves quickly and easily just weird marketing.
