Transilluminator Vein Finder for Nurses, Caregivers and Medical Students (VF-700)

Best vein finder for less than a hundred dollars. I don’t want to spend thousands or hundreds on a vein finder, it’s crazy how expensive some of them are. This one works just as well as my colleague’s Veinlite but costs less than a third of the price. It also has the ring design and the only difference is it doesn’t take a battery and must be plugged into a power supply. I actually prefer this because it’s much lighter to carry around. It works really well and I can find veins easily. I tried to take a picture of me using it, but I needed a 3rd arm ;). I took a picture of the box it came instead. Great product, I would definitely recommend this vein finder as it's effective and affordable.

Super flimsy, barely works, no way to sterilize it, big dead zone right in the middle of the ring of leds, gets very hot, so hot that I can’t touch parts of it. I thought this would be a serious piece of equipment, but it’s more like a toy. The power cord barely stays in, and it’s starting to break around the power jack.

I only used it two times but it has helped a lot. I have to get IV drips every two weeks and it is so hard to find my veins and I keep getting pricked. This so far has helped and it does not cost a fortune.

It's always hard for medical professionals find veins on me. I bought this to see if it would help. I tried it myself and couldn't see any substantial veins at all. I used it in a dark room an I made sure the entire round part of the wand was touching my skin, as directed. Still, I found nothing. I am a heavy guy. That may have something to do with it. Either that or I'm a ghost. Overall I was very disappointed that this item didn't do what it claimed it would do. At least for me.

I’m impressed with how well this works, it shows my veins clearly and is perfect for home health infusion. I think it’s definitely easier and more reliable than palpating a vein. Obviously results will vary based on your anatomy but I find this vein finder works very well on me. I will get a lot of use out of this. Would buy again.

Just work 24 hours. This is something that one should buy. I think EBAY should forbid this item to be sold. It's of terrible quality and ver fragil.

I have used it several times already. However I don't like the fact that the vein scope has to be plugged in to work.

When searching for a vein, the lights get so hot they are able to burn the skin.
