I bought this cup for myself and I’m obsessed with it. I love the frosted look, glass straw and the bamboo lid is very secure. I have been told to pour beverage of choice first then put in some ice to keep the cup from cracking. I just love this cup so much and use it every chance I get.

One thing I like about this product is that it's glass instead of plastic. That said, I wouldn't put a hot beverage in it as the description says. but it's perfect for something cold. The bright colors and raised design tells me this is a quality product. The bamboo lid fits tightly, and the opening for the included metal straw is rimmed by plastic, making for a tight fit. I would not put this product in the dishwasher, but the straight-sides make it easy to wash by hand. A straw-cleaning brush is included. The only thing that would make this product better is if the straw came with those plastic covers that make drinking with a metal straw both safer and more comfortable. It comes in a sturdy, foam-lined cardboard box. It's a great gift for others or a treat for yourself!!

I bought 3 of these glasses for myself and two friends. One arrived broken and I bought another to replace it. After only the second use, the bottom of the glass was cracked just like the one that arrived broken. I have many glasses in this style from other sellers and have never broken a cup or the glass straws. These glasses are poorly tempered and break if you look at them too hard.
