I wanted to start the summer fresh and was considering all different types of diets and cleanse before I came to this product. Since Day 1, I feel lighter and seeing the results. I am excited to see myself get to the end of Day 7 and see the difference. I am following the suggested use of twice a day, but I see that for some people you can take half. This product works fast and helps me cleanse my inside!

At the recommendation of a friend I decided to purchase this. I wasn’t looking for a quick fix to lose weight but rather something that would a) help me detox b) go to the bathroom consistently.It helps with both!The contents main ingredient is fiber which helps the digestive system process and breakdown the food, in turn helps you go to the bathroom ;)I do recommend that you take it with plenty of water as the pill gives off an odor that may linger. In addition, if the objective is to lose weight, my suggestion is to exercise while taking these.To my knowledge there is no caffeine in these so it will not leave you jittery.Highly recommend for those who wish to feel a tad bit lighter. Much better than fasting (for beginners)

I got a good results from my first purchase. So I repurchased.

This product worked- helped me feel clean and light (with minor cramping). BUT I'm only giving it a 3 because reading up on the list of ingredients, many of them lower estrogen levels... Causing heart palpitations, headaches, and fatigue. It's too bad, because I did like it otherwise!

This product definitely keeps me regular! Not sure about weight loss but definitely will buy this again!

I liked this cleanse a lot at first because inwas backed up and it was cleaning me out. But towards the end I was hunched over cramping in pain it was not fun. I probable shouldnt have taken so many after the first 3-4 days
