GamesterGear Cruiser P3200 Stereo Gaming Headset with Detachable Boom Microphone for PS3/PS4 Console and PC

I initially wrote a good review for the headset. Back in August I filed for a return and replacement given there was an issue with the right side sound where no sound was being transmitted. I was told a response would be foreward as well as a possible replacement. Nothing was ever forwarded and now I see they want to close the file. If this is the way they address guarantee issues, there is no use getting a replacement or refund because it will never come. Very disappointed.

Using this headset to make PC screen walk throughs under Win7 mainly because the mic is good quality. Must be plugged into USB and 3.5mm stereo to work, but it works and sound great. The mic is also detachable which is nice. Don't skimp on a mic headset if you're doing video chat or demos - it's just not worth it. Never tried for gaming, but I'm sure it would be great for this too. Great deal for the price.

A real disappointment. Purchased it for use with ps3. After it arrived, we learned we needed another cable to make it work on ps3. Headphones work intermittently, Usually sound only comes out of one ear and microphone doesn't work. Real.junk.

The clear, precise quality of sound, the forgetting you're wearing them comfort, and comparatively low price, make this product an ultimate value and fantastic purchase.

everything works fine but i would say only con being that the ear muff is to small for an adults ear it wont fit over like most other headphones will but even still the sound is good so i guess that is just a pet pev of mine again good buy for the price
