I’m confused on the servings as the description says 60 day supply, but the bottle shows 30 servings at two-per-day. I do not consider the two-per-day yielding only 30 servings to be a good value. I do appreciate the fact it’s put in a softgel, and they do tend to be more expensive in my experience. As for the non-drowsy part, I always view those claims with skepticism. In particular, this product has several very well known sleep aids, so I’d be cautious about whether you need to stay alert or not!

This Mikra Serenity with Lavender Oil is very easy to ingest. The smell is very pleasant. And it has no bad aftertaste. I would recommend it.

Mikra Serenity has a combination of natural lavender oils, and other proven stress reducers to soothe tension and ease angst. The capsules are more akin to gel caps, and they can be affected by heat and get stuck together. The dosing was normal I guess for similar products, and while I followed the directions for two weeks, I really cant say there was any effect for me.

I can't speak much as to whether this helps with stress because fortunately I haven't had any stressful situations lately. However, I can attest that this is most definitely lavendar oil because about half an hour later, I always have one lavendar flavored burp lol. So if you already know for sure that lavendar has a calming effect on you, I would recommend these pills because they are the real thing.

I love the smell of this bottle! The capsules are easy to swallow and have a slight bitter taste to the coating. This bottle arrived with the plastic cap seal intact (good) but the inner safety seal practically disintegrated at the touch. I suspect there is something in the capsules and scent that is interfering with the paper of the inner seal but after inspecting the capsules it didn't appear anything was amiss. I really want to just keep the top off the bottle for the delightful scent!
