Far Better Than Expected
I bought this ring on Prime Day purely to see if I could stomach wearing a smart ring since I was so intrigued by the idea of the Galaxy Ring, but did not want to make that financial commitment yet. I cannot believe the performance of this ring for the price. Let's start with the Pros1. It's super comfortable. I barely notice it's there. This ring being cheap and being made out of a cheaper, lighter material makes it less noticable on the finger. I also was able to move items in and out of a u-haul, oversized items at my job, and lift multiple types of weights very comfortably with this ring. It also looks fine with other jewelry and doesn't stick out like a sore thumb.2. The Step Tracking. The step tracking is very accurate and aligns well with my iphone. It is always +/- about 200 steps. I wore this ring on a trip to New York and I was impressed with how accurate the step count section seemed to be.3. The Battery life. This lasts far longer than advertised- almost two weeks. It also beats out any major competitor such as oura or samsung in battery life. The Very Okays1. Sleep Tracking. The sleep tracking is definitely right when it comes to hours of sleep, but is all over the place with deep and light sleep2. Fit. Smart Rings whether you buy this one or a high end one suffer from only coming in whole sizes. I went up because it's summer and humidity makes my fingers swell. This means for the sensors to work when it is not humid I must push the ring against an exact spot on my finger to get a heart rate or blood oxygen reading. The Cons1. Setup & Making the app work. This thing was a serious pain to pair. Once it's paired, it's paired but it's a process. The app is also a bit rough to navigate and takes a couple days to figure out.2. Lack of features. Unlike the higher end models this lacks cycle tracking and temperature tracking and some insights about food and sleep, etc. However, for the price this can't be beat. I bought this to see if I wanted a higher end smart ring, but for now I am quite happy and content with this one. If you're not sure about a smart ring and want to try this is the perfect purchase.

Quarter machine ring
First off the ring is made with cheap plastic, so it feels like costume jewelry, it wasn’t very pricey so that makes sense. The problem is for a smart ring, it’s not very smart. This thing said I had walked almost 100 steps before I even got out of bed. By the end of the day it says I’ve walked 12 miles while my health app on iPhone says more like 5. Heart rate is probably accurate but I have nothing to compare it to. The app also is very limited in what activities it reads, and all of them are actually just variants of walking and done through gps on the app. Basically you could just use the app without the ring. Sleep was all messed up too. It essentially doesn’t do any of its most basic tasks accurately. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Honestly my expectations were low so I’m not too worried about it.

Limited Accuracy but Great Pedometer
I was sick of bulky watches for tracking step count. This ring works great for that. It's comfortable, discrete, and not bulky. Great battery life lasting about 5 days.Step count is a little higher compared to my Fitbit but not significantly. It's about 10% higher per day in the ring probably from just wiggling my fingers and typing etc. On a treadmill walk, the Fitbit and ring tracked the same distance accurately. The other features don't work great compared to Fitbit. The sleep tracker is way off. The heart rate and SPO2 work but it's more of an on-demand tracking than continuous. You have to open the app and run the feature. But compared to Fitbit the readings were accurate in that moment. In short, if you want a discrete step tracker that's not a watch or bulky clip on, this one is great and has a great price. If you're looking for something as advanced as the watches, this is not it.

Great health monitor
Does general exercise, steps, cals and distance well. Also sleep, blood oxygen and heart rate. Sync's to apple health. Simple to use and effective. Battery seems really good, I have worn it for 6 days and the battery is at 60% full. I am guessing it will run for about 12 days or more before needing a recharge. Great value compared to Samsung, OURA etc. 2 things I would like in addition that are not yet there: 1) Blood pressure monitor 2) Ability to automatically read heart rate and blood oxygen without having to manually request a reading. It would be nice to read these say every hour or so.

Pitiful app design 😩
The ring is attractive, fit as expected, waterproof & lightweight. I can’t vouch for the accuracy, as its results are wildly different from my Fitbit & HUAWEI Honor band 6. The different health categories aren’t even centered on the app’s Home Screen. The app is poorly designed & gives very minimal/bare bones information. I’m now saving up to buy a Ringconn smart ring, it has great reviews, provides much more information & the app looks much better than the “JYouPro” app for this ring. The only useful features of this ring are that it syncs with apple health & provides fairly accurate BP & SpO2 readings. Aside from that, it disconnects from my phone randomly, so a good bit of data gets lost simply because I didn’t notice that it disconnected. The battery seems very durable, with a single charge lasting about a week. Overall, it’s not nearly as “smart” as it claims to be. I’m glad I didn’t pay more for it, because I’ve seen the exact same ring being sold by other sellers for $49-$99! 😬 If you’re considering getting a smart ring, I’d definitely recommend saving up for a more reputable brand, unless you just need an easy way to keep up with BP & SpO2! 🫶🏼
