Best instant cup noodles
Let me begin by saying I’m a huge RAMEN FANATIC!Hands down the best and most authentic tasting and texture of instant Japanese Ramen in a cup. Also happens to have the healthiest Ingredients! The fact that it takes 6 minutes (with pouring boiling water approach) tells you their noodles is the real deal. Made from organic unbleached wheat flour. No MSG.I like their chicken, spicy chicken, and beef flavor. Good portion too! The broth is so tasty and rich. It has the right amount of fat in it, not too grease yet not too dry.The only rival in town as it comes to instant noodles is the one from Nissin (green package with Chinese character / Japanese kanji). That one require you to cook it in a pot. So this Mike’s Good Japanese Ramen is definitely more convenient.Hoping to share these secret tips and make both of these more popular, so the stores like Whole Foods, Walmart, and Amazon can stock and sell more at lower cost for more to enjoy!

4 stars because of ingredients first and foremost
This is what you need to know. This is not “insanely rich broth”. The Ramen I get at the restaurant is insanely rich. This broth is lightly flavored. With the ingredients you get, those are what’s insane. Insanely good ingredients. That’s why I gave this product 4 stars. It does not have a ton of all that horrible stuff you find in the Cup of noodle or Top Ramen at the store. I feel good knowing it has 8 grams of protein as well. Protein in a Ramen cup? That’s great. The noodles are not the curly, chewy, amazing tasting deep friend hard noodles found in the traditional store bought Ramen. These are organic straight Ramen noodles made by them in Woodland, CA. They are a 2.5 out of 5 on the scale. But once again, you’re not getting any bad ingredients so what you get is not a deep friend super chewy noodle. The amount of noodles for me was perfect though. This is a snack only, not a full on lunch for work. The price? It’s over priced I think. But given how good the ingredients are, I would probably except this price. I am going to try the Spicy beef flavor next, in hopes of more flavor of course. But if all else fails with that, I don’t know exactly if I will continue to buy this kind of Ramen. Half of me wants to because of the ingredients, the other half does not because I’m not a huge fan of straight not so chewy noodles. Hope this review helps!

Mighty good? Not quite there
Let me preface this with saying that I'm a Japanese native, and that the instant noodles I've been forced to eat in the US are some sort of a sick joke compared to even the worst we had to offer. This is also taking our palette differences into account.I mean, yes, these are better than the trash-tier cup ramen you can buy for less than a dollar, but these aren't really at the level of actual Japanese cup noodles either, which, to be fair, may be an unfair comparison. The noodles were slick and spaghetti-like, which did not properly entangle with the broth or soak up much flavor. The broth was decent, but it was a bit on the bland side, and there's just... no toppings in it. Just broth and a tiny clump of lackluster noodles, so there's very little you get for the price. (You do get a decent amount of broth, so... go cook up a cheap cup to add to it, I guess?)I suppose we're supposed to add our own toppings, like the packaging shows, but if I wanted to be that involved in a CUP ramen, I'd be making the packaged ones instead, which taste far better. (A review picture on here shows Nissin's green Raoh ramen, which probably has the best broth I've had from instant ramen in the US)As a final nail in the coffin (at least, personally), I can now get Nissin's "Original" cup noodles, which are priced around $12 for a pack of 6, which achieve ~80% of the actual original's flavor, so unless you're specifically buying this because you can get it delivered as an Amazon Fresh purchase, I'd go for those. They even come with toppings, consisting of meatball chunks (beef and pork), scallions, shrimp, and bits of scrambled eggs.TLDR: Look up Nissin Original Cup Noodle and be happier.

I LOVE this ramen!
These are great and so easy to make! They are cheap and great quality! They only need boiling water and they have seasoning packets! It only needs to take 6 minutes to sit! And they look delicious! Five stars!

Worse quality than store bought
You can buy $0.25 or less kimchi ramen that is way better than this...stuff. There's just a hint of a salty taste and a little bit of seasoning, though it isn't recognizable, just a generic, bland flavor. You have to add a lot to this for it to be any good...like real kimchi or salt, or just anything. This isn't premium ramen, it's worse than the very cheap stuff and I feel totally ripped off. I was expecting something special and got especially screwed. I would recommend it to someone I have a special kind of hate for.

Delicious!!
I absolutely love this ramen!! The flavor is very robust! All you have to do is add your protein if you are a meat eater like me. My only downside is that it's very pricey for the amount of noodles that you receive. Overall, it is my go-to for some quick ramen.

Great soup for a vegan
I add real Kim chi and sometimes more ramen. I also add tofu snd nori and it becomes a good dinner. It’s a great starter or just fine by itself
