Works perfectly for my 2014 Sienna Limited
Works perfectly for my 2014 Sienna Limited - all you need is an adapter to fit most of the dash cams Amazon sells.

Works as advertised, but one minor thing to look out for
Purchased for '11 Sienna XLE.It does exactly what you expect it to do - a plug and play installation that supplies 5VDC 2.5A over a mini USB connection only when the engine is running - no accessory mode, no ignition on mode, only while the engine is on.Only issue I had was the plug that goes into the mirror would not go in more than halfway. It turns out there is a clip (not the locking clip, but the clip that covers the wired pins) on the bottom of the connector plug that may not be flush with the rest of the plug. This prevented the plug from inserting all the way.Using a screwdriver to push on the clip while inserting it allowed a firm connection.I'm using this with a Rexing V1P 3rd gen dash cam that requires a 2A power supply, and it works great.

Perfect in a 2014 Dash Cam Install
This little harness saved me tons of time when installing a Street Guardian dash cam in my wife's 2014 Sienna. You pop out the plug from the back of the mirror, insert it into this harness, plug the pigtail back in, then run the USB end to the dash cam. Makes the whole ordeal a five minute process.
