Don’t Glide
Not sure why these disks don’t slide. When my gym was open we used disks, thought I would buy some for home workouts but they don’t glide. Tried various different types of surfaces.

These are a great tool for the price
They work well but not quite as expected. The hard, slippery side has to be used on my hardwood floors even though I should be able to use the softer, slightly-grippy side for more stability on the hardwood. There just isn't enough "slip" on the soft side. But they work otherwise as promised. They are clean, sturdy, well-sized, and easy to store.

Sliders great for hard floor surfaces
The sliders have been working quite well since receiving them. They work best on hard surface floors. The perfect thing I noticed is that they have become quite scratched on the sliding surface and some of the paint from the a sliding surface scratched off and onto the floor. My floor isn’t perfectly smooth so that could be why. Overall a product that words well, but not as expensive as some other brands. If you’re going for function choose these sliders.
