I was looking for some thick glasses. I found it! There are beautiful. I recommend it.

I found these to be a great addition to my drinking glasses collection. They are definitely what I would call a statement glass, and whilst these are cut glass and not crystal, they are still worthy of using for a special occasion due to the grandeur of their look and feel.Per the photos with this review the glasses come in a rigid carboard box with each glass in a bubble wrap sleeve – mine arrived undamaged and in perfect condition. The listing however says that the box is “special box suitable for gift” – I would say this is not the case as per photos the box is mostly plain cardboard.Being cut glass the glasses are thick in their cut (per photo of rim) and this gives them a weighty and solid feel – what you want from a vintage goblet type drinking vessel. Per photos with this review the weight of an empty glass is 476g, so at nearly half a kilogram these do have a hefty feel.If you like goblet style glasses, especially those on the larger side, then I recommend these for you. I feel at current selling price of £22 they are edging on the high side however. Due to their large size the glasses are suitable for wine but also good for cocktails, especially a large gin and tonic!If these had come in a box suitable for gifting I would have awarded 5 stars but knocking 1 star off for this.

I was really surprised at the weight and size of these glasses, I was expecting them to be thin glass and a bit cheap feeling, but that couldn't be further from the truth. They look very nice and hold a lot of liquid, not 100% sure what I'm going to use them for yet as I've not owned goblet style glasses before, but imagine they'd be great for cocktails.

I am intending to use these glasses for everyday use drinks. They are moulded glass not cut glass of the type that I would put on display and only use on special occasions. They arrived in an ordinary cardboard box with no fancy gift packaging reinforcing my opinion that they are intended to be used. I was able to try them for free through Amazon Vine but at £22 for two glasses under normal circumstances I would be reluctant to pay that much for an everyday use item. The seller makes it clear that they are extra large. Each glass holds about two thirds of a standard bottle of wine. For me that is too big so I will be using them mainly for non-alcoholic drinks or beers and intend to keep using my regular size glasses for wine. Although expensive they do have a good weight to them and look very impressive for routine usage.

These are gorgeous glasses; they are well made, with the look and weight of expensive crystal. I was actually surprised by the size and weight of these goblets when I first opened the box; they are very solid yet still have an elegant feel to them that I love. There is something about the design of these goblets that make me think of a Medieval era banquet. 😊I really like these goblets; they add a nice classy touch to a table setting and are very versatile as well. They are sturdy enough that I think they would actually work beautifully as a flameless candle holder for an ultra-elegant formal table centerpiece, as well as being used as water (or wine) goblets.I am very happy with the design and quality of these goblets and think they would make a nice gift.

These are nice, but these are more ever day use rather than fancier usage.☑️ Well made with no chips or other visible defects.☑️ These are large capacity glasses - so be careful if drinking alcoholic beverages from them!Perhaps a little over priced!

The glasses have a heavy base and look elegant - I highly recommend them.
