If you don't understand Chinese instrutions don't buy this dash-cam product
I received this Dash-Cam on December 2, 2018 and started by reading the instructions. As many of us already know, many of the electronics purchased at Amazon were manufactured in China and the instructions were written by a person who does not have a grasp of the English language. When I contacted the company asking for further instructions written by someone fluent in English, they sent me a copy of their instructions written in Chinese! I didn't laugh! They also made no attempt to send me a working copy of the software as the one packaged with the dash-cam did not work. If you can read Chinese, then good. For others, pass this one by.

Cheap and functional
It's okay. Not the worst. I have 2 of these.Instructions are pretty much useless.But then again it's not that hard to figure out. Supply the rear camera night vision wit power splice into your rear plate light. Red to power black to ground. This camera never shuts off so be sure to unplug it if you are parking for more than two or three days.The screen shuts down after a few minutes but the camera still records. This is a nice feature as it limits distraction. You can choose front or rear or split screen.The rear and front record into separate files.32gb card max. Like I said, cheap and functional. If my budget for dashcam was significantly more I would have gone a much different direction though.
