Clock Movement Quartz Square Fancy Gold-Tone Hand 1/2" Kit

The clock works arrived expeditiously. It was a perfect fit in the wall clock. The brass hands were rather flimsy. I would estimate that the were only half as thick as the ones on the old works. The hands needed to be bent so that the minute and hour hands did not interfere with each other,

I bought this because I had previously purchased a simlar clock movement of this brand (different color) and was satisified with it. This one was very poorly made - bends way to easy and when laid flat or turned slightly upside down the minute hand moves all over.

I could not find the 1/2 inch clock kit in any local craft store. I was finally able to purchase one on Amazon (sight unseen) . It arrived in 2 days and fit my clock well. The hands were way too long to use on the clock dial but fortunately the shorter hands of the broken clock fit on the new replacement kit. Seems to run well so far (@2 weeks). Cost was more than all the other kits in the craft stores but it was the only one I could find. Satisfied so far.

I realize this is a cheap item, but the parts do not fit properly.

The clock movement tells good time. It was packed very well. The hands were ordered in gold. The problem is, they are 2 different shades of gold. I'm sure most people who look at the clock will never notice. But I know. :(

Did not work- had a square hole hand to fit into a round piece - had to use old one - second hand kept falling off.

good cheap product. I bought this to replace the original quartz on one of my clocks at home. The kit came with everything I needed and seems to be working ok

Good value. As described and easy to insert. Maybe runs a bit slow and I wish the hands were a bit less flimsy (but I think this gauge is about standard).
