Great cause, poor execution. DO NOT BUY!
I believed that “double engraved” meant that it would be engraved on both sides. It isn’t, it’s two different tags. That wasn’t the worst part, the chains provided did not fit through the hole on the tag! It was picked up at an Amazon locker, and dropped off at Kohl’s in less than 30 minutes for return.

Made in China
It is one sided and made in China. So not as advertised, but it is nice for the money so I kept it.
