2nd update: I received a set of bands and regulators in the mail. Extremely fast shipping and have been using the product with great satisfaction. Have been using it to do multiple sets of different workouts and is holding up well. Much better than the band sets that I have purchased over the months and is a great compliment to the free weights that I currently have. Have bookmarked their site and will be looking to purchase a few items to add to my home gym. Highly recommend this company for great products and customer service. Upgraded to 5 starsUpdate: I contacted the manufacturer and within a few hours that same day,through email, was told that a new one was being shipped out. Very happy with the customer service as it was not a hassle and The company just wanted to make things right. That goes a long way in making Myself a repeat customer. Will update rating again when I officially have some uses with home gym.Just received home gym and decided to use it for the first time. Bought this for squatting and not even one rep the left side band snaps . I left plenty of band so as to not exceed 5 times the length when stretched but it snapped. Maybe one was a defect or damaged when shipped? Will update to see how customer service handles this issue. Would want to give this a chance and be sent a new band .

I love this gym! I have been a traditional gym follower for over 20 years. But with the situation out there right now, and masks being required to exercise in a gym, I felt it was time to try something else. This gym is portable and easy to set up. Takes up hardly any space and is very adjustable. I'm traveling this month and will be taking my gym with me. I cannot wait as I have always had to rely on hotel gyms which weren't always up to par.I highly recommend this gym for its many different exercises listed plus even some of my own that I have been doing in a traditional gym.Thanks for thinking of this! OK so I started with the body gym bar… Literally the fourth time I used it the band broke it has a serious flaw design. So I wanted the same idea and then I stumbled across this set up. While this cost twice as much is the body gym bar it is 100% better! Plus this allows you to do all sorts of different exercises and it’s super easy to use. Honestly this is all you need to do an entire body workout and the quality is amazing! This band isn’t going to break because there’s not a design flaw. The body gym bar Is a flood design. If you can’t tell I highly recommend buying this bar!

Update: Moving up to 4 stars after customer service reached out. Apparently they are upgrading their bolts, which will help a lot. Will report back in six months on the hold up of the brace, but initial few weeks and I have no concerns.Original post: Install was a nightmare. They sent four bolts in the package (only need two for install). The first three I tried to put in snapped in half. Maybe that's why they send four? I ended up grabbing some of my own bolts of higher quality (same size) and using those. Also, directions say to use 9/64 bit for pilot holes but I found that to be way too small and end up at at a 13/64 bit I believe.The mount itself has been up for a few weeks with 350lb kickboxing bag, no issues after install. Mount seems sturdy and quality. Just use your own bolts and drill a bigger pilot hole than recommended.

Life happened and I hadn’t worked out in a while and I don’t have a good gym near my home so I bought this to try. LOVE THIS!!!! It’s sturdy, good quality, and the perfect resistance if you’re just starting to get back in to it. The booklet that comes with to help show you the different exercise options is great and you literally can work out your entire body with this set up. If you plan your exercises right, you can easily be doing HIIT-like workout sessions and sweat your tail off. I’m super happy with this purchase.

This was my first time purchasing any kind of home gym and I am impressed! It's so easy to put together and the bag it comes with is just adorable. 👍🏾 For me!

The three stars is moreso for how the product arrived at my home.When I opened the box, some of the pieces were already removed from the rubberbands and uncoiled (like someone opened the box and sent it back). The rubber smell from the bands is almost intoxicating. The box had a weird spot in it and I really don't think I want to know how it got there. 🥴The pieces themselves seem to be made of sturdy equipment. Going to sanitize the heck out of everything and test it out. May send it back anyway because of how it showed up. Still makes me sick thinking of the spot in the box.

Just received my mount and installed it. It’s very very sturdy and mount perfectly flush. I’m going to use it for my trx straps. Very awesome cheap alternative to buying the trx mount that’s built just as good. The only thing I don’t like is the squeak it gives because of the clear coat against the straps when using them.
