Operating instructions/ Manual in Chinese, No English operating manual.
I ordered this bike lock. Item looks fine but the big trouble I face is with operating instruction I received. It was in Chinese. I tried every avenue possible like, searching the copy of manual online in English, Google translate, etc. At the time of writing this, I didn't get any help from anywhere. Finally, decided to return the product. As I understand without the instruction no one can operate / use this lock. So, be careful. Buy it only if instructions are available in English.
