I started out with the banana holds and then bought the small, medium, large, and xl atomic balls over the summer. The kids has a blast hanging them on the monkey bars in the back yard. I started using these doing pull ups for a couple of months this and then bought the large missiles directly from atomic. At first I could barely hang using the large missiles. My forearms would fatigue fast. Now I do pull ups using these. Usually three sets on missiles, three on large balls forwards and reverse grip. I have experienced significant improvement. We have hang contests with the missiles.Would recommend for a great workout at home. I work a couple of blocks from atomic HQ and it was convenient to pick up and they gave my kids some cool stickers. Great guys. Plan on getting the xl atomic ball when I have my pull up bar set up in the garage.
