As I suspected that I might be magnesium deficient, I ordered this product to introduce magnesium through my skin in a lotion as opposed to an oral supplement. Great for detox baths for any age. Just calculate amount needed (per weight - ie my 5yo daughter only needs 1/2 cup) and use with baking soda for effectiveness!

I’m using this to make magnesium oil which I use as a natural deodorant with a few drops of essential oils added for scent. It’s a great way to add more magnesium to your body through the skin which avoids the intestines. I love it! It absorbs quickly.

Dissolves well- wish they weren’t so expensive. I’m not sure I can tell any difference between it and regular Epsom salts, which are cheaper.
