You can mix the container, and use as much as you want. Think of it like paint. It is water base, so if you store it too long, it will dry out, but a few drops of water mixed in can bring it back to a useable state.

Q: No product info regarding a cayalyst...is there one and if so how is the product thickened or thinned?

If by catalyst, you mean like hardener (with fibreglass, for eg), one is not necessary. The product is activated by heat. I found, that it hardens well but with frequent heating and cooling (bbq, auto uses), it breaks down.

Q: Will this product work filling a serpantine belt tensioner mounting bolt hole on aluminum block then drill and tap and hold boltwith 51ftlbs of tork?

Really don't know>. I used it on a cast Iron stove>. it dried really hard and it seems like a good product but I couldn't vouch for it's strength.

Q: will this work with auto frames?

It works fantastic on a crack of an exhaust manifold but I definitely would not recommend for a cracked frame. Nothing but welding would be trustworthy.
