Easy enough to fit and cut down, struggled a little as i got closer to the hinge, but does the job, no leaks

Arrived promptly and is very robust and well made. I did have trouble fitting it to a 10mm thick glass shower door but after breaking a couple of fingernails I succeeded. You cannot slide it on, but need to clip it in place a section at a time. The fins are longer than the original one but as I don’t know the make of the shower cubicle, which was installed by the previous owners, this trim does stay water tight. As the fins are longer I have angled them both the the front otherwise the internal one gets mangled when opening/closing the door.

I was unable to install this on my 10mm thick glass door and had to order a different seal suitable for 10-12mm glass.

Replaced a glued on strip that was very old. Fitted perfectly and works well. Very happy

Does not fit 10mm glass. I tried both by applying pressure and heat, but it would not fit. In fact the seal cracked after multiple attempts. I measured the actual width of the interior of the seal and it is 8mm, meaning there is no way for it to fit 10mm thick glass given it is made of rigid plastic. Very disappointed

The quality is actually quite good, and I would be pleased with the product if it fits. It does not fit on 10mm thick glass, though.

Die Lieferung kam wegen der aktuellen Lage (Covid19) etwas später an, was ja auch nachvollziehbar ist. Der Karton, in dem die Dichtung verpackt war, war etwas groß geraten, aber ich kann mir nicht gut vorstellen, wie man die Dichtung, anders und genau so gut geschützt verschicken würde.Das richtige messen der Glastür ist aber das A und O der ganzen Sache (Dicke/Länge der Glastür und der Höhenabstand zur Duschwanne nicht vergessen). Von mir gibt es durchweg 5 Sterne. Die Dichtung ist wirklich von guter Qualität und tut was sie soll: nämlich abdichten, denn das Wasser tropft beim Duschen über die längere Lippe der Dichtung nach innen in die Duschwanne. Die Tür läßt sich problemlos öffnen und schließen. Über die Haltbarkeit kann ich noch keine Angaben machen, bis dahin muß die Dichtung wohl noch etliche Duschvorgänge über sich ergehen lassen :-) Ein hochwertiger Artikel zu einem wirklich angemessenen und fairen Preis (es muß nicht immer der viel zu teure Ersatz des Markenherstellers sein, sorry Hüppe und Co.) Für meine zweite Duschtür habe ich auch bereits eine neue Dichtung bestellt.
