While developed countries rely on advanced surveillance to free them from the threat of terrorism other nations are plagued by genocide within their own borders. Strangely these massacres all link back to one American by the name of John Paul. Special agent Clavis Shepherd is sent to capture the target but nothing can prepare this soldier--or the world--for the truth behind humanity's darkness.

Good Anime, with a focus on language used as ...
A little heavy handed with philosophy, but has plenty of action to spice things up. Good Anime, with a focus on language used as a Weapon. Sort of like Pontypool, or Metal Gear Phantom Pain. This version was an English Dub, and though I prefer the original language with subtitles for foreign movies, the Dub was very well done.

wow so many people on Amazon apparently don't think an "animated" movie is worth their time.Genocidal Organ is the anime movie in question.one comment, "bought this cause it looked like a good movie, then it turned out to be a cartoon. I want my money back"These are the people who think anime is just a kids cartoon from japan. Mind you,Genocidal Organ is NOT for children.Very good movie, and it really makes you think."We Americans will just go on and drink our Starbucks, and shop on Amazon all the while ignoring that actions and Genocide happening in other parts of the world. Because we are safe."

A Must Watch for Sci-fi and Animation Fans
Beautiful animation, creative sci-fi elements, and thought provoking philosophy. Story structure and choice of pace for some parts limit rewatch value, however.

As expected of Satoshi Itō
An excellent animated film adapted from the wonderful mind of Satoshi Itō. A lot of commentary on human nature, the tragedy of privileged first world countries, and ignorance with plenty of believably realistic sci-fi action mixed in (blood and gore included - but hey, it's war). I wouldn't recommend watching it if you don't like heavy philosophical meanderings and it may feel pretentious, but the message Itō tries to tell us in this story is thought-provoking and engaging. If you liked this movie, you'd enjoy his other works as well.Rest in peace, Satoshi Itō.
