Cava brut case which combines the grape types of Xarelo, Macabeo y Parellada. These fruits come from the earth and climate of Catalonia in Spain with a tradition of more than 2 centuries in the making of cava. Cava elaborated carefuly following the traditional artisan method which is the legacy of the ancesters of this region. Cava fermented and aged inside the bottle for 18 months.
