Hotheads Clean and Smooth Shampoo and Conditioner Set

I bought this thinking it would help extend the life of my extensions. Well I don't think it's doing the job,plus I feel it's drying those out plus my own hair. It causes it to frizz out really bad. I bought this on a whim thinking it would help but it has not. I most likely will not buy this again . Plus it leaves a strange film like film

I love this product. Both the shampoo and conditioner are amazing. Unfortunately when I opened my package, about 1/2 the bottle of shampoo had leaked out. I understand shipping can be hard on products, but I would think the company would have sealed the lids. But no, there was nothing to keep the lid on either the shampoo or conditioner. I’m very disappointed about losing so much shampoo!

Conditioner is great, makes my hair super smooth and easily to brush. However, the shampoo is extremely watered down. Not sure if it should be like that. I have to lather and rinse 2x to get any suds going.

I have been using this product for about 6 months - purchased from my salon (will buy from Amazon now that I see they have it). It is made to be used with the Hotheads hair extensions specifically because it does not have oils that will make the extensions loose and fall out. Overall, I think it has made my natural hair more manageable in that prior to using this I used hair thickening shampoos which just left my hair damaged and frizzy. It cleans the hair well and leaves it shiny.
