*UPDATED REVIEW*
*UPDATE* The buyer reached out to me and offered to replace it with the updated model. It's much sturdier, the lid stays on and the grinder works just fine. I am quite satisfied with this product now.

Great portable coffee grinder
Great portable coffee grinder. But have had it dismantle while I’m grinding coffee beans. Thankfully my husband figured out how to put it back together. But it does the job. Just wish it wouldn’t dismantle so frequently

Good product, but not sturdy
For the overall product, I would have given 4 stars as the product work well. However, I am giving it 2 stars overall because the product is not very sturdy. The plastic piece connecting the hand crank to the cap is the weak link. As you can see, the piece that holds the handle to the cap has completely broken off for me. The grinder still works, but handle often comes off while being used.

Best grinder I've had yet. Don't pick it up by the handle though, the handle and top just sit in place.

Great for grinding - highly recommended
Nicely made. It's great for grinding. I use it on all sorts of herbs and spices. The grinding parts are made of ceramic. I highly recommend this grinder if you want fresh spices.There's a few areas which could be improved. The plastic base gets cloudy and crazed if you use it for anything oily like anise. Not a huge problem because I just leave that off and grind over a bowl. There's a sharp edge on the screw threads inside the body where the base attaches, so be careful when adjusting the grinder or cleaning it. The crank handle is a bit loose fitting. Even with these drawbacks, it's still be best grinder I've come across.

As you turn the handle the whole handle pops out easily. Very bad design
It is rated for "spices". Which spices? There is no room for nutmeg, and if you break up the nutmeg first and grind, then the interior is all stained with the nutmeg, and hardly any comes out the bottom. As you turn the handle the whole handle pops out easily. Very bad design.
