Beach Tent Sun Shelter Portable Sun Shade Canopy 11x11 FT UPF80+ Protection Outdoor,4 Thickened Aluminum Poles for Backyard,Picnics,Camping and Beach (Turquoise)

Bought this to replace a broken canopy for a trip to the beach. Weather changed and it was consistent 20mph winds for the 3 beach days we had. First day, one support pole bent quite a bit and the second day another one bent. However, the canopy had pretty great stability being out in those wind conditions for about 5-6 hours per day. The fabric is strong and held up to being stretched by the sand bag parts to try to securely anchor the canopy in the wind. Having 2 sandbags at each corner is great. This canopy is easy to assemble/disassemble and carrying bag is nice to have. I didn’t get a great picture of it at the beach, but there it is! It always felt secure and the shade provided was exactly what we needed. I reached out to the seller and asked if we could get additional poles to replace the 2 that had bent and they were quick to respond and are sending us replacements from the factory. I am really happy with the quality for the price (it’s a very decently priced canopy) and customer service is superb. Highly recommend

We were on vacation for a week on the coast of Georgia. There were stead winds all week and this shelter held up great. It was fairly easy to put up and take down and we loved how small it packed up. Most of the components feel like they are quality with the exception of the shovels which are too small and one broke. I thought we wouldn't need the spikes at the beach but they were very helpful in keeping the sandbags in place.We have owned multiple umbrellas and other canopies and this is by far the best we have had. We had 6 adults and fit under it comfortably with some shifting around as the sun moved.The more you spread the legs out the steadier it appears to be. There is a little playing around the metal legs and the fabric legs to figure out the best way to put it up.

Good quality, very stretchy. Need a little bit skill to setup, but it work very well and sturdy once setup correctly. Very smart design that it's very compact when stored while cover a large area after setup. My family loves it when I brought it to the beach last time.

We loved how easy this was to set up, and how it held up in some pretty stiff wind conditions at the beach. Plenty of room for the four of us, plus our dog. This made for wonderful days at the beach.

I really wanted this to work. I needed something light weight and yet effective. It is light weight, but was a little difficult to set up & have it stay up. When we finally gave up, one of the poles would not separate. Ive tried & my husband tried, but neither of us were able to disconnect one of the poles. Not sure what to do to return it. It won't fit back in the box!

This is just as good as the original. Watch a youtube video for advice on how to set it up, really fill the bags with sand and get the angles right and this works great!

I'm not sure if I received the pole slightly bent or if it happened after the first time using it, but either way, I think they should be slightly stronger than what you are getting now.

Before I ever go into the water, I am the guy who is stumbling about with intricate tent poles and sweating buckets. This time, however, I am not joking; the period of time it took me to set up was less than five minutes. The process that causes the pop-up to appear is not a joke; it does essentially come to life on its own. Much to the delight of my teens, I believe that my jaw may have dropped a bit on occasion. After being set up, the 11-by-11-foot coverage area turned out to be a significant improvement. Our family of five, along with a handful of our friends, were able to fit beneath its shade without any difficulty. In spite of the fact that there was a reasonable wind blowing off the sea, I was especially struck by how robust it felt. A sturdy anchorage for the shelter is provided by the four thicker aluminum poles, which are doing their job well. Although I've had cheaper canopies that virtually turned into kites when there was even the smallest breeze, this one remained stable.
