Bought for a cot. Soft 100% cotton, PU underneath. Feels very comfortable and not noisy.Haven't "tested" whether it is waterproof or not.Bought a second one.

Very good value, cover was a perfect fit for my king size bed. But I found the elastic bands a bit flimsy and may be damaged if washed at 90 degrees. I would recommend washing at a lower temperature.
