My 03 expedition would stall while driving. Turns out the fuel pump relay burnt out. Replaced it with this and now runs good.

My 2003 Ford Expedition engine died/stalled all the time and I could hear a buzzing sound from the fuse panel. Every time it melted a changeable relay, but no matter how many times I changed it, it happened again and again. The solution is to crack open the whole fuse box and replace the middle non-changeable relay on the circuit board. The really you need is here. Good luck😊😊😊

This is THE relay for all those Fords that have the Omron F8VF fuel pump relays burning up and leaving you stranded. The OEM relay is too light duty for the job of running the high pressure fuel pump on these Fords. Buying a replacement fusebox will still leave you with the problem relays installed. The G8QN is a 30 amp relay and heavy enough to run the fuel pump for the life of your Ford.

I bought this to replace the problematic one we had in our 2003 Ford expedition. It was a little tricky to swap it out but there are plenty of videos on YouTube on how to do it. The saved almost $500 in having to buy a whole new fuse panel.

Used for 2004 Ford Expidition stalling. Original was burned out...unsoldered from fuse panel and soldered new one in. Fixed!

As hard as it is to install it is well worth the trouble.

Product worked out perfect for my 03 Ford Expedition. I’m back on the road again!
