Anybody suffering from night sweats or restless legs this is the product for you! It feels like you are sleeping in a fridge, keeps your temperature down and no more sweats or restless legs. It has worked for me, cant imagine it wouldn't work for others. its easy to use under your bedsheet and its comfortable to sleep on. This would be perfect to take abroad if it was not for the weight. I will definitely buy a pillow sized one to take abroad with me.What a great product!

I use it to keep me cool at night and it really helps with my hotflushes. It stays cool for long time and the big size allows me to switch sides of the matt to keep cool whole night. Very good quality product. I'm very happy with it.

I bought this after seeing a review on this morning, nights sweats and hot summer nights mean I get no sleep. I couldn’t believe how wonderful and cold it felt and thought it would be great until I woke up 2 hours later and it was so warm, like lying on a hot water bottle, gutted! Waste of money unfortunately

Returned to Amazon. I purchased this for my dog as he gets a wee bit over heated in the summer. It does have a really cold feel to it, however after being outside, it seemed to work in shaded areas for a couple of hours but the dogs body heat soon made it pretty useless. IMO its not worth the price, if it had been less than half the price I may have kept it??? Maybe it would work indoors on a mattress a lot better for some???

If you're a 'person of a certain age' with night flushes (!), this pad is a must have item. I put it on one half of the bed and roll over onto it during the night if I wake up hot. It instantly cools and soothes and I'm back to sleep in no time. It's a game changer for me. I also used it during the 2020 heat wave during the day - I'd just sit on it on the lounge floor or even in the shade outdoors. The only thing against it, is it's quite heavy and bulky to move around, but that's probably my fault for not actually measuring it. I could probably manage with one that is the same length of this but half the width, which would also make it easier to manoeuvre.

I suffer from Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) which prevents proper sleep often into the small hours of the morning. The disorder is made worse by heat and during the the hot summer, it was much worse and resulted in having to sleep in the coolest place - on the floor. Having read the reviews, I purchased the Cooling Gel Pad Mattress and it really works!! In fact it is so cool that I have it under the mattress protector and bottom sheet. Its early days yet, and although I continue to wake in the night, the RLS has reduced greatly and sleep quality is vastly improved, even though it took a little getting used to being cool underneath and warmer on top under the duvet. :-)

I was thrilled when it arrived as we have had exceptionally hot nights here in Spain. But to my disappointment it only stayed cool for about an hour, I have tried it now for several days, maybe because it is so hot here at night I don't know but we have still needed two fans running all night.

Works well to start but you have to roll off to allow it to cool again on particularly hot nights.

Fantastico..mia sorella aveva un problema fisico di riscaldamento alle gambe non riusciva a dormire. Ora con il tappetino problema risolto..toglie il surriscaldarsi del corpo .ora dorme regolarmente. Non necessita di particolari lavori..usare e basta. Top ne ho presi 2

Ich habe diese Matte bestellt da ich mein Schlafzimmer nicht runter kühlen kann und besser schlafen möchte. Nach ein paar Tagen testen kann ich folgendes sagen:+ die Matte ist ohne sie zu kühlen wirklich kühl+ sie ist recht schwer, was auch ein verrutschen verhindert im Bett+ die ungenutzte Seite bleibt kühl+ Geruch war nach 1 mal rundum abwaschen weg+ es liegt sich bequem auf der Matte- die Größe reicht für eine Ganzkörperbehandlung nicht aus (außer für ein Kind)- beim ersten drauflegen fühlt es sich teilweise unangenehm an- bei längerem Liegen auf einer Stelle nimmt die Matte die Körpertemperatur an, man muss sich also mehrfach umbetten auf die kühle Seite, was bei 90cm und Rücken/Bauchschlaf eine kleinere Kühlfläche geben könnte (da ich Seitenschläfer bin war das für mich kein Problem, ich hatte eine kühle und ine warme Seite)Ich werde sie behalten, vielleicht quer nutzen statt längs da ja eh nie der ganze Körper gekühlt werden kann und ich dann mehr kühle Fläche habe.
