Piece of Junk
The media could not be loaded. This computer worked for one day and then crashed hard. I added no software or hardware to it. It is stuck in recovery doom loop as evidenced in the attached video. The warrranty is also expired, according to HPs support webpage, which leads me to believe the seller is some sort of unauthorized reseller and this may even be a refurbished or used machine sold as “new.”Overall - total disaster. Stay away.

Power failure
It quit starting after 1 week of use. Very poor response from Amazon

Purchased this unit. It worked fine for like a week and screen went blank. Try to return it but I’m not given an option.
