These stones are aesthetically pleasing on our sink. They absorb water well and dry fast. The spot stays if it's soap but I just wet the soap spot to remove it and all good. They came in well packaged and I'm very pleased with my purchase!

I am new to diatomaceous products - I am familiar with diatomaceous earth and know that the stone is very porous and quickly absorbs water. I needed something to sit by my kitchen sink that would hold my soap dispensers. I like the way this sink caddy looks; it works well with the decor of my kitchen.The caddy arrived with 8 little silicon "feet" - I only used 4 of the stickers and kept the others as a replacement in case one of them fell off. The feet keep the caddy from sitting on the marble countertop, preventing scratches. The sink caddy is big, but it is exactly the size I needed for my 2 dispensers. The color is as shown in the description - a very light gray.Even though the caddy sits right by the sink, it really doesn't get wet from splashing; water rarely hits it. So I don't have to worry about it absorbing a large amount of water. After a couple weeks of use, I noticed that, if the soap dispenser dripped soap on the tray, the soap would leave a stain that will not go away even when I rinsed the tray. The tray arrived with some sandpaper but I have not yet used that to attempt removing the stain. As I said, it's only minor staining.I am pretty impressed with this diatomaceous sink caddy - is absorbs any water rather quickly and it is stylish to boot.

The product was packaged with care to ensure it would not break in transit. It came with little non slip sticky pads you can attach to the bottom to keep the dish from sliding around. I had one fall off shortly after, but stuck it back on and haven’t moved the dish since so hopefully it adhered now that it’s been a couple of days. Mainly, I question the absorbency. I have another stone dish for my dish drying rack and I can literally watch all of the water absorb and dry within 30 seconds. This one absorbs the initial drop quickly but then takes a really long time to fully dry. The last picture shows two different colored water splashes. The lighter one was from when I washed my hands about 30 minutes before the picture. The darker color was a couple minutes before the picture. It does fully dry, it just takes a really, really long time.

A great absorption rate, looks nice on the counter. Would recommend.

This does not dry fast enough. I would return because it does not work, but Amazon has a warning you may not get your money back. Try a different product like this. It does not work well
