Good product
The shoes became more comfortable, I had less foot pain which I often get after foot surgery. These insoles are super comfy, easy to install, and won’t break the bank.

Good Insoles for the money
This is my first experience with plantar fasciitis and these insoles work great. These work great in my "work shoes", mostly Jordans, Dunks, and Air Force 1s. Very good insoles for the money!

Not for me
Pros: these seem well-made and are easy to customize to your size. Cons: they just didn't work for me - they're too stiff and increase the pain of my plantar fasciitis rather than supporting it. Maybe if you stand in one place a lot for your job they would be helpful. I walk a lot and they don't have the flexibility to make that comfortable.

Comfortable
If you have to wear work shoes or boots you know that the soles that come with them are never that good. I work in a bakery and am on my feet for long periods in a very hot environment so having replacement insoles that work is vital and these insoles are a very good, cheap and offer great value for money. To get them to fit is easy. There are lines that indicate your shoe size, and using a pair of scissors to cut to size is easy. The material is easy to cut and I had no issues following the lines for my sizeThe one thing I would add is that it’s a good idea to remove what ever insoles your shoes or boots already have. These have slightly raised heels and putting these insoles onto shoes will make your feet sit to high.As mentioned, there is a raised heel that gives padding where it’s needed and works exceptionally well. The whole insole is padded but not to much. They are extremely comfortable to wear and your feet will leave an imprint after one wear meaning it feels like your wearing a pair of slippers! These are a must for anyone that is looking for a cheap and effective way of making even the most uncomfortable shoes wearable and pleasant to wear

Comfortable enough, but not suitable for hiking
The insoles that came with my hiking boots have perished after 10 years of use (as you would expect), and I was looking for some gel insoles to provide some shock absorption. These insoles in size "medium" fit my size 10 boots perfectly with no adjustment required. My first impression was that they offered SIGNIFICANTLY more support than the flat, lifeless insoles that came with my boots. These really lifted my foot up and cushioned the heel and arch.I was pleased with them after wearing them about the house for half an hour that I did a 25km cross-country walk with them in my boots.Whilst they supported the heel and arch of my foot well, I found that my feet moved around inside my walking boots quite a lot, and because quite uncomfortable at times.I think this is mostly down to the fact the upper surface of the insoles has no real grip - it's a sort of silky smooth fabric. Some silicone pattern or similar would provide some grip for your socks and stop your feet moving around. I also think a little bit of gel padding on the ball of the foot would increase comfort. Whatever padding is there right now is a bit lacking, and my feet felt almost unbalanced, with lots of support at the rear and very little at the front. So overall they were more comfortable than my previous insoles, but not ideal for hiking on uneven ground.

Comfortable, Supportive Insoles
These insoles provide good support and add extra padding to the heel to make impacts less forceful. They work great in my walking boots and also in my casual trainers.Cutting them to size is easy using the guide lines on the bottom of the insoles and the top surface is soft fabric that helps keep your shoe in place when you're wearing it.Highly recommend if you need some new insoles for your shoes!

Comfortable insoles. Used in lightweight footwear.
Although suggested for use in boots, I have tried these insoles for a few days in some size 7 casual yacht type shoes, where they worked well relieving pain on the side of one of my feet that I've been having recently. As I have found with most insoles, they take a little while to become comfortable, but once they are they are unobtrusive. I tried the size 4.5 to 7 and as expected they fitted fine so did not need cutting down. This price point I feel is a little pricey, but in general it's about average. There are no fundamental flaws that I could find, and overall these seem to be good insoles.

Very comfy
Really supportive and don't bunch up.I was worried they'd make the shoes too tight, but not so. I did remove the original insoles, though. The yellow section is like a sturdy plastic that supports the arch.Quality seems good and looks like they will last a while. As good as more expensive brands I've tried, so good value.
